Support Consultant

As a leading reseller and specialist implementer of corporate performance management solutions CFMS currently supports a range of top 250 blue-chip companies. We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-spoken and confident individual to provide telephone support to our customers across the range of of our Business Intelligence Solutions.

You should have a good to excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and experience with programming in one or more of the following: VBA, VB6, PHP, VB Script or C++. An understanding of SQL would be an advantage and any knowledge of accounting and/or OLAP would be extremely beneficial.

Full Training will be given in the core multi-dimensional OLAP technologies.

Implementation Consultant

As a leading reseller and specialist implementer of corporate performance management solutions CFMS currently supports a range of top 250 blue-chip companies. We are seeking a consultant to work with our existing team of consultants to take responsibility for the successful implementation of our range of Business Intelligence solutions based on world-leading OLAP technology.

You will have experienced a full project life cycle and must have excellent MS Excel skills including VBA development. You will ideally be a part-qualified accountant. People who are currently in the role of Systems accountant who want to focus on developing their IT Skills are particularly encouraged to apply.

Any exposure to multi-dimensional database products will be an advantage. The role will involve travel to customers throughout the UK and the candidates should be mobile and willing to stay away from home overnight.
