CFMS have a core team of consultants that can be scheduled to be with you at no more than 2 weeks notice.

We can also offer an office hours, (out of office hours by arrangement) support service. Our support consultants offer a service that conforms to our standard SLA.

The support desk would expect to have direct secure access to your models to enable them to offer remote development and support.

We often provide the additional resource your company needs to ensure that the solution is fully implemented, even where you could do it yourself. We will always go the extra mile, or maybe even two, to ensure customer satisfaction.
