Planning

Our consultants will listen carefully to your needs and determine which of our products would best suit your business. They will then work with you to develop a project plan and help you with the implementation of the agreed solution.

Training and Programming Services

From product training to full programming services CFMS consultants work closely with your staff to ensure that you are in control at all times.

FastStart

CFMS recognise that implementing any new application or system comes with an inherent risk. To this end we have developed an approach to implementation geared to lowering risk. The approach is focused around our FastStart.

The FastStart is a five day exercise starting with a day training, and followed by four days of implementation or development. The FastStart is designed to prove the software and effect a skills transferral.

At the end of the FastStart the customer has the option to proceed with the development or to reject the solution prior to committing to the software purchase or further development.

At the end of the FastStart process skills transferral should enable the customer to control ongoing development. We view all our solutions to be end user developable. Read more about FastStart.

Training Courses

We can offer seats on public course or group onsite training courses. Read more about our training courses.

Quality Support

CFMS have a core team of consultants that can be scheduled to be with you at no more than 2 weeks notice.

We can also an offer office hours, (out of office hours by arrangement) support service. Our support consultants offer a service that conforms to our standard SLA.

The support desk would expect to have direct secure access to your models to enable them to offer remote development and support.

We often provide the additional resource your company needs to ensure that the solution is fully implemented, even where you could do it yourself. We will always go the extra mile, or maybe even two, to ensure customer satisfaction.
