Hiding zero value rows in PM10 formula based alea reports

A client of ours has a large trial balance uploaded to a TB cube, and wished to be able to display only those codes showing values in the slice selected. In many slices the view contains only a handful of valid account codes. In addition the requirement was to calculate independent subtotals of the rows displayed so there could be a check-sum to identify missing elements. These rows may contain values but would be hidden in the distributed version.
